Omelet








Time: 30 minutes          Serving: 12 servings

Ingredients


Two big eggs




 Oregano



Salt

50 Ham and cheese

Black Pepper


Soy Oil


Directions


  1. In a bowl, break the eggs and beat them until the mixture in homogeneous.
  2. After that add salt a spoon of olive oil and a little black pepper (a sprinkle) and mixture.
  3. Place one slice of cheese on a slice of ham. Add oregano on broth sides. Repeat this procedure with the other slices.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over high heal and pour half of the mixture eggs in it, and let the eggs cook and fluff up. Add the cheese and ham slides.
  5. Pour the remaining mixture in the pan and use a rubber spatula to flip the omelet.
