Ingredients
Two big eggs
50 Ham and cheese
Black Pepper
Directions
- In a bowl, break the eggs and beat them until the mixture in homogeneous.
- After that add salt a spoon of olive oil and a little black pepper (a sprinkle) and mixture.
- Place one slice of cheese on a slice of ham. Add oregano on broth sides. Repeat this procedure with the other slices.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over high heal and pour half of the mixture eggs in it, and let the eggs cook and fluff up. Add the cheese and ham slides.
- Pour the remaining mixture in the pan and use a rubber spatula to flip the omelet.
