Chocolate Roll Cake

Ingredients





1 ½ cup sugar 
4 eggs 
1 ½ cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder





Juice for cake batter


  • ¼ cup water
  • 5 large strawberries chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sugar


Filling


  • 300g melted chocolate
  • 8 chopped stawberries



Directions


1. Separate egg whites and egg yolks.

2. Beat the egg whites in batery for 10 minutes.

3. Add the egg yolk and keep beating.

4. Add the sugar and the flour. Lastly, add the baking powder.

5. Grease the mold, assemble the dough and take it to oven for 30 minutes. Wait for 20 minutes.




6. Spread the juice on the cake bater. Wait for 5 minutes.





7. Spread the chocolate and the strawberries.







8. Wrap the sponge cake and decorate it with melted chocolate.
