Pot Pie

Dough ingredients :

 



Filling ingredientes:



Dough preparation:


Pour into a bowl the flour, 3 tablets of margarine, ½ hydrogenated vegetable, egg, two egg yolks and salt. Then stir well until you have a solid consistency.


Filling preparation:


Pour into a pan the chicken breast, tomato, onion, olive and olive oil then stir all ingredients well.




Method of preparation of pot pie: 

With the ready dough, flatten the dough with the help of a rolling pin.


After dinghy ona shape,topping all the shape.



With the ready filling, pour it in the shape.

 Then make a cover with the dough using a rolling pin.



Then brush the mass with the egg yolks.
After ready leave in the oven 30 to 40 minutes.

Chocolate Pavé (Chocolate triffle)


INGREDIENTS


 1 package cookies


½ cup milk
1 tablespoon of chocolate powder

Cream 1

1 condensed milk 

1 can milk
2 teaspoon with starter 
2 egg yolks

Cream 2


1 condensed milk

1 can milk

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 egg yolks

4 spoons chocolate powder

SYRUP:

4 egg whites

4 spoon sugar

1 can heavy cream


DIRECTIONS

Cream 1

In a saucepan, mix condensed milk, 2 cups of milk, 1 tablespoon of corn starch and 2 yolks.

Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until  it simmers. Let it cool completely.
 

Cream 2

In a saucepan, mix condensed milk, 2 cups of milk and 4 tablespoons of chocolate powder.

Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until it simmers. Let it cool completely.


Dip each cookie into a mixture of ½ cup of milk and 1 tablespoon of chocolate powder.
Organize the cookies in a platter. Add the first layer of cream


1. Then, add more cookies and the layer of cream


2. Finally, beat the eggs whites and add sugar. Then, add heavy cream. Put this mixture on the top of the cookies.

Chocolate Mousse



Time: 1 hour
Servings: 12

Ingredients:



1 can condensed milk

2 boxes heavy cream

6 tablespoons chocolate powder

1 tablespoon margarine

Directions:

1. In a pan, cook over medium heat all ingredients, stirring for fifteen minutes.

2. Remove of fire, let it cool.


3. Put the mousse in a bowl and put it in the fridge.


4.Serve it cold.


The end.



Chocolate Puding


Time: 30 minutes
Serv: 10-15

INGREDIENTS


3 eggs400 ml milk - can condensed milk 
4 tablespoons chocolate
SugarWater

DIRECTIONS

1 - Put sugar and water in a microwave oven mold and mix.



2 - Place in microwave and cook for 7 minutes on high to make the syrup browned.


3 - Beat the eggs in a blender.

4 - Odd the remaining ingredients.



5 - When the syrup is ready, pour the pudding mixture in the bowl.
6 - Cook for 10 minutes on high.
7 - Let it cool completely before unmolding it. Serve it cold.
